Effective Chakra Meditation
Researchers posit that life is a cycle of emotions and feelings. This is because the many things we do in life bring out different emotions. You will procrastinate, have low energy and insecurities if this chakra is unbalanced. Green is the color of the heart chakra. This is located within the heart and is responsible for love. A balanced heart chakra leads to ease of forming emotional connections, love bonds and spiritual awareness. Blocked heart chakra causes loneness and chest pains.
The blue colored throat chakra is located in the throat. Clarity in communication results from a balanced throat chakra. Lack of balance leads to anxiety and tension. The third eye chakra on the other hand is located on the forehead and is indigo in color. Our communication with the universe is good if it is balanced. If not, anxiety, headaches and depression may occur.
The last chakra is the crown chakra which is violet in color. It is located at the top of the head and is responsible for open-mindedness when it comes to divine guidance if it is balanced.
